Unplugging my PC Part Two
5 Answers
I asked a question on AB recently :
http://www.theanswerb...6.html#answer-5524359
and still haven't had the courage to take out the plug on the PC. However, I find that when the PC needs updating and scanning (both PC and laptop have Microsoft security Essentials), the laptop won't work. Does this mean that the PC and laptop are somehow connected, and if I take out the PC plug, will the laptop work? I know its a suck it and see answer but I'm worried if I take the plug out, something will go wrong and I won't know how to fix it.

Then we bought some little plug in thing to use with the PC and both are now wireless. Hope this helps. I shut down the PC and dont use it, but if I dont scan it regularly, the laptop won't connect to the internet.
