paper work done remotely- best site

a friend has asked me to do some paper work for her, but says it must be done on her laptop as its a work one...

is there any software/sites etc that would allow me to access portions of her laptop with a apassword or something?

not sure just emailing docs etc is enough...

also dont think shed like me to have full access to her laptop unattended, or keep taking it away.

its justr so i can do it in my own time an not have to sit in hers and also do it while shes away..

VNC is a little bit techie to set up for computers on dynamic IP addresses and those behind NAT.

Logmein is easier IMHO
