You Tube Downloader

It's a great programme for downloading videos from Youtube but it seems that every time I use the latest version, there's a 3 second lapse between audio and video when I try to convert between formats.

Has anyone else had this problem and what solution did you find? Could I just be doing something wrong?

real player is free and has no such issues

I use JDownloader ... had no problems with YouTube videos.
