If i'm on my user area now but don't know my password and don't have administrator status, can I delete/ change my password with the administrator knowing?
I'm not that good at the technical side of computers but people can hack into government top secret files i'm sure someone can help me techincally hack my own user area.
Do you have to login from scratch each time?
Thing is -im not clued up either BUT which part of the site are you using for you to have your own password ?
Im the Administrator for this PC (gulp) but I have only had to use the main password occasionally.
SB-youre not funny or clever although I believe youre Quiz nights are good.
She posted for help not an adults poor attempt at patronising another user.
Who couldnt care less about it btw?
Ive had enough of you and your cronies.
Molly I hope you can get help.I did post as i wasnt sure if someone technical was around and would have tried to help.I see Chucks there now.
I've used the computer twice since he change my user area password and he's logged me in both times.
It's windows vista, when you turn the computer on there was three icons to click on and go onto the area of, now there's two and you need passwords for both, and then you go onto the desktp where icons such as words, internet explorer and LG pc suite are . . . .
What you need to do is to open up the PC, remove the hard drive, and put it in a large electro magnetic field for an hour or two. This will clear your password and then you can put the drive back and screw up the PC again.
I'm also not going to help anyone hack a computer that doesn't belong to them. it's not mollies computer, it's her parents so they have every right to restrict access to it as they wish.
