We run address books centrally through a public folder in Outlook. There is a problem when trying to synchronise the addresses with PDAs, Blackberries, iPhones and other phones etc. To overcome this I copy the address data each time from the public folder into the team member’s personal folders, so that they can synchronise these with their mobile devices.
My question: Is there a way or tool to automatically synchronise the public folder data with the personal folders or any other way to synchronise shared folders with smartphones?
