Email with Windows 7
Have just upgraded to W7 from Vista. Just wondered what email programs you knowledgeable folks would recommend please? Understand that Incredimail would not be the first choice!!

1. Gmail. - some functionality there that you dont get with the other providers.
2. Windows Live! - Nice, easy to use, fits well with IE and WIndows itself.
3. www.gmx.com - A email service provider which can also act as an aggregator and collector of other email services you might use.
Which suits you depends on what use you are putting it to. Casual / Social, I would go for Windows Live.

Windows Live Mail is the 'official' solution, because it's from Microsoft. But, "from Microsoft" can often simply mean "it's rubbish", so that's no reason to use it! (To be fair to Microsoft, Windows Live Mail is perfectly functional).
My own preference would be to use Thunderbird but, if I bought a secondhand computer with Windows Live Mail already on it, I probably wouldn't bother to replace it.
