redial a busy number app

is there a Blackberry app (or iPhone) that enable one's phone to automatically keep redialling a busy number until one gets through?

IOS (the OS on Iphones) actively blocks applications from being able to initiate a call for security reasons, otherwise a rouge app could make your phone constantly call a premium rate number.

so an auto redial app is not going to be available or possible through official channels, it may be possible on a jailbroken phone though.
