What is the best and free website builder online?(with free hosting plz read the text)

bluevoda has easy site building stuff and everything has tutorials, paypal interaction sub domains and unlimited space and only charge £7 a month, i had my site with them but decided to close it down after a while as i had a change of heart in what i wanted to sell.
they will give you a domain name free.
