ebay listings....restricted or not

i have ready to put on ebay a paint ball gun, boxed with all the safety gear, after searching the restricted items i can't see anything saying that they allow it or not.
has anybody got any knowledge of this, i have just contacted ebay but usually they take 48 hours and was opening to get it on tomorrow night.

The sale of paintball guns is prohibited on eBay. They're listed under 'Other weapons' here:

cheers, i have been browsing and have noticed paintball guns on the site with the picture of the gun.

eddie , if i list the gun as "marker" can i put pic of the gun on there, its in the box unopened so dont really wanna split it and sell in bits.

also is this ok as it says paintball gun/marker but has gun in the listing.

It's a tricky one but it does seem that having the offending words in the heading makes it less likely to be listed, rather than having it in the description.

I tried to sell some packs of brand new wedding party poppers but eBay banned me from listing as they contain explosives - yet when I searched, there were several alread listed under different guises.
