As we all know now, Question 17 is blank on all but the Welsh census forms, as it asks about ability to speak the Welsh language.

So we uncivilised English have a nice blank space.

What would you like to ask? Here's mine -

How many hours a day do you spend on computer / telly / mobile phone?
(hours in excess of 24 will be disregarded)
