Webpage error

When I click on a certain email,which I have used before,a box appears with message from webpage across the top.Inside the box is the error triangle and the following.An error has occured while opening this mail.The email message maynhave been corrupted.
Any idea how I remove, it so I can use the site.

I would suggest clearing your cache and temporary files and trying again! Hope this helps.
