Malta, Topaz Hotel, Bugibba.

Just an update on my holiday in Malta. Stayed in the Topaz Hotel in Bugibba and it was terrible . It was a right dump the rooms werent cleaned properly the food was terrible. Some of the food we had as carvery in the night time would be served cold the next day. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated it wasnt and there was supposed to be a jacuzzi and a sauna but we couldnt find it. The facilities were not the ones that were advertised on the website. The area was also very run down and lots of places had closed down. We asked to be moved but was told it would cost us more money so we came back a week early. Valetta was lovely but i was really dissapointed and upset as i had waited for 5 years to visit Malta and that what happens. Hopefully they will give us some money back to book another holiday.x

How disappointing for you, I'd have been gutted to come home early. Hopefully you can be persistent in complaining and get some money back. Haven't been to Malta since I was a child but some reviews of this hotel on trip advisor are dire.
