Have you tried looking on the airport web site, that would seem a good place to start

Web site says train station is "A few minutes walk from any terminal"

http://www.barcelona-...eng/transport_eng.htm
. . . and from the website of the Spanish Airport's Authority (Aena):

Trains from Barcelona Sants to Zaragoza are fairly frequent, with journey times between about 1 hour 20 mins and 1 hour 50 mins:

Just a quick walk over a bridge
Train station(RENFE) is at T2. have a look at www.aena-aeropuertos.es and select Barcelona from the home page, next page and top right where it says Elija Idioma click on English if your more comfortable with that language.
Also have a look at www.renfe.com/viajeros/cercanias/barcelona/in
dex.html
It all sounds complicated from here with all these websites to look at but when you get there its really, really well sign posted - promise!

You go over the footbridge (or get a shuttle bus if you need one) to the Renfe station at T2 - you will have flown into T1 - and find the train on the screen just as you would here. It will tell you which platform and you can buy a ticket at the machine.

Here's the Renfe website in English where you can check the timetable and probably buy a ticket?

Leave plenty of time and you'll be fine.
The train from the airport runs directly to Sants Renfe station where you can get a ticket and train to Zaragoza. It may seem difficult but it is actually very easy. I have arrived at BCN and taken trains to several areas of Spain without any problems and I don't speak Spanish.
