Norfolk Broads Cottage Wih Day Boat

Can anyone help me find one of the above to let for holidays? Loads of websites but most seen to be "holiday camp" type locations which we would wan to avoid ............ so looking for an individual, waterfront holiday let with a day boat available for use on the Broads.

Looks fabulous - thank you .............. but I forgot to say it also need to allow one dog! Anything else out there??

We could LadyB .... but preferred to have both already together to make life easier and so that car can remain at cottage also, instead of leaving it at the boatyard.
