Sea Bass, Farmed?

I bought a couple of fillets today and noticed on the pack the fish had been farmed in Turkey.
Farmed fish never seems as good as wild. Salmon is a good example. Where could I buy wild ones?

Your local fishmonger is really the only place. I get mine from the Birmingham indoor market .

Check with your local fishmongers or markets to see where they source theirs from.

Farmed salmon is nothing like wild salmon. I hate those flaccid fat lines in farmed salmon!

You sometimes see it fairly cheap. And there's the reason ^^^

I thought I could rile them by giving them a good battering but they're fillets, no backbone, so they'd not rise to the bait.
