Plug adapters for Baltics and Russia

Do these areas all use the same electric plugs and voltage? I will be taking an English travel kettle and travel iron ( both multivoltage) so what plug adapter will I need. Have googled but cannot find any real info. Thanks.

The Russian Federation, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania all use the standard European two pin socket with a supply of 220V 50Hz.

So I can probably change my kettle lead for a spanish one, and that'll solve the prob, won't it? The travel iron is spanish with a 2 pin plug, so that'll be ok. Thank you both very much.

No, not cruising, flying Madrid - denmark, flying den - sweden . cruise to Tallinn and Helsinki, night train to St Peterburg - fly to Moscow and then back to Madrid.
