Does anyone know of a self-catering holiday cottage/bothy type place for two that's situated on it's own in a picturesque place, maybe on the side of a hill or mountain in the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales or Peak District, completely surrounded by countryside with views and good walks and an open fire and no neighbours? Or am i asking too much...?! I want to take my husband away for a weekend for his birthday in September/October.
