I've never seen the ad so this is just a guess. Frank Sinatra recorded a song....I've got the world on a string...here are the lyrics:

oh yea, iv seen a VISA commercial with Sinatra singing that song. I dont think it is. The melody of this car commercial song is kinda more contemporary, and it's a female voice. Iv seen the ad couple of months ago, July 04. thanks ^_^
