Hi all
I\'m going to San Diego for the last 2 weeks of November and I was wondering if anyone has ever been this time of year before, I\'m a bit unsure what clothes to take as when I\'ve looked on the net it is pretty varied. Need help to sort out my packing!! Thanks everyone xx

jeans and t-shirts are fine but always take a light jacket with you as if may be cool in the morning and evenings particularly at the beach. Some of the best weather in San Diego is in November. However, you might run into some rain also. It still will not be cold. Of course now that I say that it may turn out to be the coldest November in the history of weather reports. Usually, you can get by with a light jacket most of the year in San Diego. Just plan to layer you clothes so that you can put on or take off clothing as the weather demands. I hope this helps, but being on the coast you can always run into either wind or fog that changes everything, Also depending on where you are in San Diego. The further inland you are the different the temperature will be from the beaches.

Probably my favorite larger city here in the U.S., my family and me have been there often every season of the year.
More sunshine can be expected in Novemeber than any other month with a total possible of 74% of days.. The clear days average 15 per month and the cloudy days average 8 with only 4 with heavy fog. The relative humidity averages 72% for daytime and about 57% at night.
The rainy season is considered to start during November and amounts in excess of 2.5 inches have been recorded.
Temperature wise, maximums of 90 degrees (F) or higher have occurred but less often, of course, than in either September or October. You can expect temperatures to infrequently go above 80 degrees or below 40. As previously stated, warm days with possibility of rain and cool but comfortable nights.
(Be sure to go to Ham's Lighthouse on Harbor Island just across the coastal highway from Lindbergh Field for the best Margaritas in Southern California) Welcome to the U.S.!
