Commercial Vehicle Warraties

Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your answers. As you may be able to guess by the username I am in the car trade (not currently sales). I do however have access to vans at trade prices and was considering buying the occasional one and selling it on. Could anyone tell me what the basic requirements are for warranties and what a third party warranty would cost to cover these statutory requirements. The vans are all ex rental, under 3 years and under 40K miles. Thanks
