I need 1 passport size photo, but not for a passport. What would be the cheapest, easiest way to do this? Thanks.

One of the easiest ways to resize the photo is to use Irfanview. Open the image and go to Image > Resize/Resample. Passport photos should be 4.5cm x 3.5cm.

Maydup it has to be sent in the post with an application form.
Chris, I can get someone to take a photo and upload it onto that site you sent me a link too, resize it, print it onto photo paper and cut to size? Have I got that right?
alba do you know how much it costs in a photo booth? I don't want to fork out for 4 pics when I only need 1.
I have seen them taking pictures in my local Max Speilmann shop but don't know if that's purely for passports and I can't find how much they charge.

The link I gave you above, Barsel, was for a program that can easily resize your photo. (It's not a site that you upload photos to). If you don't want to install that program, another way to resize your photo is to post it into a blank Word document, then right-click on it to access the options to resize it. (You can use other software, such as OpenOffice Writer, if you don't have Word)
Then you can print out the Word document onto photo paper using an inkjet printer and trim off the white area. (If you've not got a printer of your own, mail the Word file to a friend who has).
