You've got me confused!
You wrote "looking to travel to poland but aif fares r cheaper to prague" but (assuming that you're travelling from the UK) that just doesn't seem to make any sense to me.
I've just checked the fares, for a few random dates, from Luton to Warswaw. Most of the fares offered (excluding taxes and charges) were 7.49 or 12.74. The dearest fare offered was 21.49 but the cheapest quote was just 0.01! I fail to see how it can be cheaper to travel via Prague!!!
From Luton, you can fly (for similar cheap fares) to Warsaw, Poznan, Katowice or Gdansk.
Alternatively, there are cheap flights available from
Coventry (to Katowice),
Doncaster (to Katowice or Gdansk),
Bournemouth (to Katowice),
Liverpool (to Warsaw, Katowice or Gdansk),
Prestwick (to Gdansk),
Belfast (to Katowice or Warsaw) and
Durham Tees-Valley (to Warsaw).

Thanks for your message but you've managed to confuse me again. None of my atlases show 'Nowa Roca' and I can't find any reference to it through Google. That makes it a bit hard to suggest exactly how to get there!
There's an hourly train service (with a journey time of about 2 hours 40 mins) from Katowice to Wroclaw.
There's also an hourly service (with a few additional trains as well) between Poznan and Wroclaw. The journey time varies but it's roughly between 2 hours 5 minutes and 2 hours 25 minutes.
To get from Prague to Wroclaw takes between 6 and 8 hours. There are very few direct trains. You normally need to change several times.
If you can provide an alternative spelling for Nowa Roca or tell me the name of a larger nearby town, I'll be able to provide more detailed information for you. At the moment though, I'd suggest flying to Poznan if Luton is a convenient departure airport for you. Otherwise, consider flying to Katowice.
