There is only one rail line east from Nice - you get any train headed that way.

I found this online:

The �11 'Carte Isabelle' travelcard (available from Nice Ville Gare SNCF, 1 July-31 September) offers unlimited travel on the regular trains that zip between Cannes and the Italian border.
