Has anyone booked a holiday through Plan it your way?

I just wonder how they compare to major high street travel agents. They do look invitingly cheap??

I booked a week to Fuerteventura in Sep this year with them. Found them very helpful but unfortunately turned up at the hotel and found it overbooked. There were several British families moved out of the hotel for the same reason. All had booked on the internet but all with different companies. I wrote off a letter of complaint to Plan it Your Way and am currently waiting out. I believe the problem was the hotel and not the travel agent.
