i have been told by a medic friend that melaton is a good thing to take to help combat jet lag
has anyone any experience or knowledge about this hormone, not available otc in uk

The efficacy of Melatonin in combating jet lag is widely disputed. If it works at all, it should only ever be taken under medical direction as, for example, taking the tablets at the wrong time of day might make things worse rather than better.
