According to the Heathrow Airport website, there are no direct flights to Las Vegas McCarran International Airport:

The Gatwick Airport website gives the only operator from there as Virgin Atlantic:

I'm flying out to Las Vegas in June and the only direct flight I have found is Virgin from Gatwick.

If flying Virgin, do not go to Vegas on a Friday. We had four stag parties going for the weekend. What with the free Stella and the over tolerant attitude of the staff, it was a nightmare
