They work (on a 3-year fixed term contract) for one of the agencies that Ryanair uses. You need to check which agency (or agencies) cover the part of Europe where you're based and then to contact them directly (not via Ryanair) to find out when the next recruitment days are:

If you are unable to present yourself in person Amarni then writing is the only way you can present yourself and the only means by which someone can gain an impression of you. Your presentation of yourself is all important - imagine turning up for interview in old jeans and trainers! It would be no good arguing that it didn't matter when other applicants had taken the time to present themselves properly.
If your application was as badly worded and punctuated as your thread then Ryanair would certainly not have been impressed, especially if other applications were well presented. Perhaps that's why you got no further.
