Ragusa is the old name for Dubrovnik, they may still use it locally; it's in the Times atlas

You bet there is, Skids - the war's long over, you know. British holidaymakers used to go there in great numbers in the 1970s and 80s, though understandably they gave it a miss for a while after that. The only problem is that the beaches are mostly pebbly till you get to the far south near Albania, where they become sandy (Albanian beaches are terrific). Dubrovnik in particular is absolutely stunning.
