Paupers' Paris
Quite a feyears ago my wife and I went to Paris and used a restaurant guide book entitled "Paupers' Paris". It gave details of all the best places to eat at very reasonable prices. I've not been able to track down an up-dated version or anything similar. Can anyone advise, please

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Pauper's Paris (by Mile Turner) was originally published by Pan in 1982, with updates in 1984, 1986, 1990 and 1992. So even the most recent edition will be considerably out of date.
You might want to consider 'Let's Go Paris: The Student Travel Guide', which is now in its 17th edition. It has a substantial chapter about places to eat:
http://www.amazon.co....id=1308498850&sr=1-13
However the simplest solution would be to head for the Latin Quarter and look for the restaurants where the locals are eating!
