But like so many other things these days no doubt they have the legal side all sewn up. It is an unacceptable contract criteria demanded in order to get some of a country's own money back to fund projects. Until we secede though, we can only shrug and blame our poor politicians, and their inexplicable decisions.
There is no imperative to 'fly a flag'........these companies ought to display an image of the European Flag on the hoarding/boards alongside any other 'Development Initiatives' which may be pertinent.
