I'm a 30 year old Transfemale going through transition. I split from my wife about a year ago, for some unkown reason the court gave her residence even after I took pictures of the squalor she was living in ( used tampons and human excrement on the floor)!!1

I was having contact every weekend but now she has moved to Cardiff from north east england (Well I think she has, I have no proof she has, only her word) and will not tell me her new address, the schools my children will be attending and their new GP.

I have a contact order which allows me three weeks in the summer holidays and every alternate half term and boxing day. I've already informed my solicitor I really just wanted some confirmation if she is allowed to legally do this.

If you have a contact order she can get into trouble for breaking it. If you have parental responsibility then you have rights about schools, medical, so u have right to know what school they go to and can gets copies of reports, lttrs sent to u etc. Your solicitor will sort all that out for u.

Communication has unfortunately broken down, she cannot see that having me in the childrens lives is a good thing, she is embarrased by me but I don't know why but she is a right wing christian so that may have something to do with it.

You can tell you a detailed response of the situation to your lawyer and consult him, you lawyer will help you to resolve according to law.
