A person from another country made a British person, and she in UK and has taken and passed the UK Border Test, she would now have to apply for indefinite leave to remain, is there an application form available online for this ?

Did the person marry the British citizen abroad or in the UK?

Its for a woman who has married a Biritsh guy and wants to live in uk. She has passed her test. I am looking for the appropriate application form to download ? I am confused !
