How do I send a letter Post restante to Buenos Aires

I have to send my brother something and have it wait there for his arrival...I know the main post office has a post restante office but I don't know how to address the letter.

(Full Address of Post office)

If you don't know the full address you can just put

Poste Restante
Buenos Aires
Argentina

and it will be sent to the main post office - but your brother will have to find out which post office gets all the letters addressed this way. The only address I can find is : Main post office, Correo Central, Sarmiento 189
