cheap b&b in lympstone, devon

Does anybody know of a cheap but nice b&b in lympstone, exeter, near the marines training centre? I'm going to see my boyfriend for his parents day on training, but have to be there at 8.30am and don't relish the idea of leaving dorset at 6am to get there!! would be nice to get a recommendation! thanks!

There must be hundreds of them around the RMCTC area. They have passing out parades and family days all the time.
