walking the rio chillar??

Anyone walked the Rio Chillar in Spain?? We are going that way in May and would love to hear from anyone who has done the walk. We understand it can be accessed via the Caves and then over the valleys. We dont really want to walk up and then down the Chillar again, rather top to bottom if that makes sense?? We do know some of the area, and have walked there many times over the years. Just sounding this one out really!! What`s the distance and gradient like from the caves over the valleys etc??
