Suggestions for March holiday with some sun?

Can anyone advise on a good place to go at end March. We want somewhere with a bit of sun but don't want to travel for hours on end. Happy to travel to London from Aberdeen but then would prefer single flight from there, duration max 4 hours. We don't want clubbing, noise, nightlife.

Went to Madeira March last year and that was perfect for us. Any suggestions welcome please.

Marrakech (in the Palmeiras) is good, should be warm, sunny, & chilled out at that time of year. Only 2hrs 30mins from LGW/LHR!

Morocco. Same time-zone as UK. Lots to do and see. Splendid grub ( tagines, especially) Beaches on Atlantic and Mediterranean. Amazing geology. Roman ruins. Lots of souks with opportunities to haggle and buy unusual gifts cheap. Cabarets if you like belly-dancing, decent restaurants if you don't. Not Dry, even though mostly Moslem. A bit of school french comes in very handy

Egypt- Sharm El Sheikh was lovely, very warm in December - Hotel staff are pleasant - good value for money

I was going to say Egypt but is longer than a 4hr flight.

I would favour Morocco over Egypt at the moment due to current events there. Also someone I was talking to the other day said they had a relative just have a really good time there.
