Ebay help please...

I normally get paid by Paypal but a buyer has sent me an email saying he will shortly be paying me by credit card.
How will this work? He is a new user (feedback of 2, so perhaps he is as clueless as I am when it comes to such things). :0)

He will have told paypal that he wants to add his card details to his paypal account, in case he wishes to make a purchase - and, of course, he does, in this case from you! (the card will have been checked by paypal before he can use it). So don't worry everything should be OK.
I've just looked at one of my listings. For payment it says Paypal preferred, then underneath the Paypal logo there are pictures of various credit cards (Mastercard, Maestro, Visa etc).
Then it says I will accept Bankers Draft or Personal Cheque. Gotta confess I have no idea what a Bankers Draft is.
I've only ever been paid by Paypal before and everything has always gone smoothly. I hope this one will too.

Don't accept banker's draft or personal cheque (check here in the U.S.)... the only other alternative is an e-check, but I'd recommend against that for the following reasons:

I rely 100% on PayPal. From here in the U.S. I buy and sell a lot of vintage merchandise, especailly to Europe and the U.K and have never had a problem with PayPal... I accepted an e-check (cheque) once and it took four days to clear, but even in that event, I relied on PayPal to let me know when the funds had been transferred before it was safe to ship the item...
