why do you need all that information? are you trying to correlate levels of education, "class" etc., with passengers' experience of Heathrow?

Sorry you fall into both categories. If you want this data I suggest you go to Heathrow and collect it there.

sorry but I filled in every question as requested [and I hate Heathrow] and every time it comes back that some answers have not been filled in, have checked three times all anwers completed so I have given up.

On reflection the questions with tick box answers are not going to give you much help for a thesis, you need to spend some time at Heathrow and actually get into the departure lounge, I am sure if you wrote and asked permission they would allow.

I think this is a very lazy way to do a thesis. You cant see any of us and dont know if the answers we give are true or not. I personally would not answer it as the first two questions I found intrusive and totally irrelevant. As others have said the only way to really research the Heathrow situation is to go there.

You can put in your thesis that the Government nead to seriously do something about their immigration department at Heathrow. The guy that was made a scapegoat and was sacked due to not checking up on the landing cards was, it appears, trying to make up for serious understaffing. In the last few weeks, the queues at Immigration have been nothing short of horrendous. If it`s like that now I dread to think what it will be like during the Olympics. Welcome to the UK! What a great showcase.
