Innoculations

I am going to Tanzania and Zanzibar later this year and would like to know what innoculations I need.

Check this with your local travel clinic or GP, but current recommendations are as follows:

Tetanus  -if more than 10 years since last vaccination.

Recommended - Polio, Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Yellow Fever.

Consider - Diphtheria, Meningococcal Meningitis, TB, Hepatitis B, Rabies.

Malaria - Mefloquine or Doxycycline or Malarone.

watch out for tsetse flies in game reserves - don't wear blue
