I doubt if a dozen dead camels in the water could have done as much long term damage as this might.

Some of those places are really 'Yah' (our daughter's quaint description of the types seen in 'Made in Chelsea') places. If you want to be surrounded by the worst of those young people who would be whooping it up somewhere in Greece, but with a lot more money, those are just the places to be. It's not as far as San Tropez, but just about as inaccessible. Saint Tropez isn't in the list, which might gratify the locals there somewhat.
Found the Cornish strangely unwelcoming to anyone, not just louts, even though they depend on tourism.
