Does anyone know the best ticket to get that covers all the parks and everything to do in disneyworld for 3 weeks?

We went for 3 weeks and got the 5 park orlando flex ticket which includes Busch Gardens for the first part of the holiday. You get free coach transport to Busch Gardens which is a welcome break from driving for the day! With Disney we had a 10 day world pass, but they don't do that now so I would have thought a 14 day ultimate ticket would cover the rest of your holiday bearing in mind the 2 water parks which you might want to go back to several times and Disney Quest at Downtown Disney. At least with 3 weeks we found that we covered everything sometimes twice and had some rest days in between.
