also (in the small plastic bag) lipstick, small deodorant - medication, something to read. Mobile phone. Goes without saying that the bag also includes travel documentation.
Laptop, camera, binoculars, books, chargers, hairdryer. Also all travel docs, money and phone are in my handbag which has now got to fit inside the hand luggage because the airlines are really clamping down on only one piece of hand luggage per passenger.
purse, lipstick, foundation, eye-pencil, eye-drops, binoculars, videocam, ipod, passport and docs, pens, glasses & sunglasses, book of sudukos, mag or paper, sweets and always some ready made G&T.
Passport, travel documents, maps, books, camera, the contents of my handbag (purse, mobile phone etc), small plastic bag containing lipsyl and lipstick. Murray mints (for take off and landing), puzzle magazine, pens and always a spare pair of knickers, just in case my main luggage is lost then I've got a clean pair for the next day!
At elast one set of daytime and evening clothing. Vital toiletries and any currency you may have. Travel docs. Camera. anything which it would be a disaster to lose. I assume the airline will lose or delay my luggage and start from there. If you are flying Easyjet it is amazing how much you can fit in. Ryanair...more tricky.
Happy travels fruit!
Depends who I am flying with. If it's Easyjet, the hand luggage is unlimited (providing the case fits in the cage, which, incidentally looks quite generous in comparison with others) then practically all my clothes fit into the hand luggage. I carry my Kindle in my pocket, along with my I-pod and sudoku book. Hubby and I then only take one suitcase between us. If we have booked a package holiday, which usually means that you both get a luggage alllowance, then I just usually take a bag with snacks and aforementioned pocket items!
