Hammersmith hospital and olympics
Hi, we need to get our daughter to Hammersmith hospital on Tuesday 31st July, does anyone know if we will get held up with diversions or anything to disrupt the route there from Ramsgate in Kent please, or is Hammersmith not anywhere near the olympic stadium. Thanks

What if I travel by car?
Key London roads will be affected by the Olympic Route which passes near our hospitals. The network will be open to regular traffic, however it will be busier than normal, and there will be turning restrictions at certain points, and some pedestrian crossings will be removed. If you can avoid driving on the Olympic Route Network itself, your journey will be less disrupted.
