None unless you are going to certain parts well off the beaten track. Just make sure you're up to date with stuff like Hepatitis A. Speak to your local pharmacist for more details - the pharmacy counter at places like Boots keep a book of every jab or tablet you need for every country you could visit.
When I went a couple of years ago, I got Hep A, Typhoid & Tetanus (all free at the docs)

If you are going somewhere like the Nile Valley, you may also need Malaria tablets

The Department of Health recommends HEP A, Typhoid, Malaria depending on location and season, and Yellow Fever if you are travelling via a country in which it occurs

Remember to follow the instructions on the malaria packet if you are going to take prophylaxis. - esp to go on taking it when you return if that is the advice.

Actually most of the Egyptians dont bother but that is another story.....
