Avios miles

I have just discovered that I have 107000 Avios miles. It might as well be Drachmas for all that I know about this scheme.
Can anyone guide me to a site that will tell me in plain language what I can use them for and how to do it?

Confusing, though!
I take it I can opt to fly with partner airlines, which would suit well. How to find this out is another matter.

I have been using Avios and previously Airmiles for years. Just go to their website and book your flights.

Avios website is not as good as Air miles website, and there are less destinations
