Over the past couple of weeks I have found two very deep frown lines

between my eyes, The lines are very red and itchy.? Is this normal.? Today my daughter noticed there are small red spots there also. I am really not sure what to put on it. Has ane else had this problem.?

My oh gets this when he forgets to moisturise, he just uses Vaseline lotion (used to be called Vaseline Intensive Care but name changed) every day and it keeps it at bay.
