I'm assuming you mean Florida in America, unless there is a place called Florada which I am unaware of. This electron card will work in any ATM that displays the Visa logo, of which there will be a plentiful supply. It is likely you will be charged a handling fee, so stick with major banks as the charges are likley to be cheaper.
