online complaint form - though I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for the cheque, happens quite a lot (i lost a very nice burger and chips that way a while ago)
When I used to use the tube I regularly found horrid black smudges and smears on my clothes, not to mention the phenomenon of the black cotton wool when you cleanse your face afterwards !
Think that unless a bagload of the stuff was deposited all over you, which is clearly unacceptable, black grime is an "occupational" hazard of London Underground. Pity the poor mice who live down there and are perpetually dark grey ...
bit random there apex - but just in case your are confused, i did provide the link to complain about the issue (and that would be a good thing to do because nothing will change unless you mention it) but having been a user of the london underground for the last decade I would be absolutley amazed if they compensated admarlow in anyway or even offered an apology - in my experience customer service is not on the companies mind in the slightest because they really don't need to be nice, polite or act in anyway like a "service" organisation because it won't affect the money or useage in the slightest (i suggest this is the only reason other companies try to look after their customers). sorry if I was ranting a bit in my last post - undercovers
