Thomas Cook Low Euro Rate
Last week I bought some euros from thomas cook and their advertised rate was 1.20 (equal to other places i had passed). When on holiday I noticed on my receipt the rate given was only 1.13! As far as I know the rate has never been that low any time at all of late! Im aware rates can change from store to store but not this much diference. My friend got his euros from Thomas cook in another town and was given 1.20 to his pound! So, does this sound correct to you? If so, then the rate they sold them to me at is worse than what they will buy back at??

In relation to Thomas Cook buying your euros back, the lower the number (1.13 Vs 1.20), the better for you. Most exchange shops will be buying euros at around 1.35 to the £.
