Not sure I am really in the right section with this but ...............

........... has anyone in the UK done (or booked for someone) a steam train driving experience? I am looking for some feedback as would like to look at booking it for a special birthday next year - preferably in central UK, but prepared to travel for the right adventure. Would want it to be for a decent length of time (ie not just a 30 minute shuffle up a track) and would need to be on a 1 to 1 basis .......... and perhaps were spectators can take photos and maybe travel on the train. Please don't just post internet page links as I have looks at lots and lots - I am looking for the benefit of ABers personal experience please TIA
